Dr. Leslie Roberts is a wellness practitioner with over 35 years of experience serving in the fields of Chiropractic, Craniosacral Therapy, Mind/Body Medicine, Nutrition and Death Education. She believes that your lives are sacred and she is passionate about being of service along your health journey. In particular she wants you to have confidence in your body, knowing that your body can do all that you want it to do.
Leslie was raised on the chiropractic model and has spent her life creating a deep toolkit of resources that she draws upon daily in her practice. She uses Torque Release Technique in her chiropractic practice which is an instrument assisted method for spinal alignment. Torque Release Technique uses gentle touch and light, manual tapping of a small, handheld instrument called an Integrator. This gentle adjusting method allows the nervous system to better understand the new corrective information and to process it more efficiently throughout the spinal cord and brain.
Leslie is super excited to be continuing her practice here in Sidney alongside the team at Reach. The collaborative and integrated treatment approach is at the core of her philosophy of healthcare. She has much experience in this model, having been a founding partner in 2001 of a wellness centre in Prince Rupert – a clinic that is still serving to this day
Leslie’s passion for health stems from her love of being outdoors and in communion with nature. When not in practice you will find her outside, either in the middle school garden where she teaches youth how to grow food or out enjoying the wind and the water on her sailboat.
