Hello! I’m Bobby Eng, a passionate advocate for holistic health, a nature lover, and a proud family man. My journey began at the University of Victoria, where I earned my degree in Recreation and Health Education, laying the foundation for my lifelong commitment to promoting wellness. I took my education further, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the esteemed Pacific Rim College Acupuncture program. Later I also completed the rigorous Whitfield Reaves Sports Medicine Acupuncture apprenticeship.
In addition to clinical practice, I also have a role as an Instructor at Pacific Rim College, I share my knowledge by teaching Orthopedics and Traumatology, as well as Advanced Orthopedics, ensuring that future practitioners are well-equipped to support their clients. My background as a former varsity soccer player fuels my passion for fitness, and as a current ultra runner, I’ve tackled several 100 km races, embracing the thrill of long-distance challenges.
When I’m not racing through trails or lecturing about health, you can find me exploring the stunning landscapes of British Columbia with my adventurous wife, Rylee, our spirited son, Arrow, and our beloved fur family: two cats, Cat Stevens and Mao, and our energetic dog, Charles Barkley. Together, we cherish the beach, hiking, and all the wonders that the Island and BC has to offer.
With an NCSA CSCC certification in my toolkit, I integrate the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine—think Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Diet Therapy—with contemporary practices like exercise science, myofascial release, and activation exercises. This unique blend allows me to tailor wellness journeys that resonate with each individual I work with, fostering a collaborative approach to health.
I firmly believe that our paths to health and wellness are not solitary voyages; we’re in this together. Whether you’re looking to enhance your physical fitness, recover from an injury, or simply explore new avenues for well-being, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s embark on this adventure together!

Dr. Leslie Roberts is a wellness expert with over 35 years of experience serving in the fields of Chiropractic, Craniosacral Therapy, Mind/Body Medicine, Nutrition and Death Education. She believes that your lives are sacred and she is passionate about being of service along your health journey. In particular she wants you to have confidence in your body, knowing that your body can do all that you want it to do.
Leslie was raised on the chiropractic model and has spent her life creating a deep toolkit of resources that she draws upon daily in her practice. She uses Torque Release Technique in her chiropractic practice which is an instrument assisted method for spinal alignment. Torque Release Technique uses gentle touch and light, manual tapping of a small, handheld instrument called an Integrator. This gentle adjusting method allows the nervous system to better understand the new corrective information and to process it more efficiently throughout the spinal cord and brain.
Leslie is super excited to be continuing her practice here in Sidney alongside the team at Reach. The collaborative and integrated treatment approach is at the core of her philosophy of healthcare. She has much experience in this model, having been a founding partner in 2001 of a wellness centre in Prince Rupert – a clinic that is still serving to this day
Leslie’s passion for health stems from her love of being outdoors and in communion with nature. When not in practice you will find her outside, either in the middle school garden where she teaches youth how to grow food or out enjoying the wind and the water on her sailboat.
