Chantelle was born and raised in Victoria BC, a graduate at Camosun College Massage therapy program as well as has a Bachelor’s degree of Exercise and Athletic therapy at Camosun College. Chantelle has had experience working with the University of Victoria Women’s soccer team, The Pacific Highlanders and lots of clinical experience helping those rehabilitate from an injury. Lianne has been in counselling private practice in Victoria since graduating with her MA in Counselling Psychology in 2018. Previous to that, she earned an MSc. in Physical Education (Sport and Mental Performance, 1999). She worked for WestJet starting in 1999 and was there for almost 20 years in various frontline and leadership positions. She retired in 2018 when she started her journey as a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Lianne utilizes a client-centered approach, which emphasizes the role of the client as an equal partner in the therapeutic process, to help you work through stresses, challenges, and difficulties you might be experiencing in your life. She is certified in EMDR and uses it extensively in her practice with individuals. She also works with couples and is Level 3 trained in Gottman Couples’ Therapy. Sheri grew up in Victoria, lived in England, and after travelling Europe she decided to move back to BC to finish her post secondary education. Sheri started her Massage Therapy practice in 1997. For 13 years she worked at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) as a practical instructor, a clinical coordinator and a clinical supervisor; during this time she also held the Continuing Education Coordinator position for the Massage Therapists Association of British Columbia . She continues to give back to the profession as a Faculty member at Camosun College. Professional experiences include working with the University of Calgary Swim Team at the National Olympic Trials and working with the Canadian National Women’s Soccer Team during preparations for the World Cup. After graduation, she worked and travelled, eventually settling in Victoria and enrolling in the Massage Therapy program at WCCMT. She has worked in both clinic and spa settings, in Ontario and BC, and uses a variety of techniques learned in school and continuing education courses. Dianna is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. Her passion for the power of massage in healing is immense, and driven by her personal experience of massage being instrumental in helping her regain mobility after injury. She is constantly fascinated by the interconnected nature of everything in the body, and her practice is based on the foundation that creating ease and decreasing and managing pain can help her patients improve their quality of life and help them continue or return to activities they enjoy. With a multi-faceted approach that can, when warranted, include joint mobilizations, active release, fascial release, and deep tissue massage, she loves to find what each individual patient requires, to feel at their best. She now has completed the first phase of her Craniosacral Therapy training with the upledger institute, and is ready to offer these treatments to patients.
